I love broccoli, without cheese. I love libraries, without cheese, too.

How about polonaise-style? Served with a generous coating of bread crumbs sautéed in butter. Works well with cauliflower as well. There’s another favorite my Polish babcia taught me: fresh rye bread, butter, and sliced radish (fresh & spicy). Delicious, especially served with a good book. MadSilence

Y’all have to remember that this is Oklahoma. If it’s green, it comes with one of three things: cheese, butter, or ranch dressing. And there’s a 50/50 chance that it’s battered and deep-fried, too.
